The terms governing WeaselDen and every Weasel LLC product and service.

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Weasel LLC ("Weasel," "we," "us") — the Maryland company that operates WeaselDen (weaselden.ai), the WeaselDen connector and subscription, and our first-party products, currently Receipt Weasel (receiptweasel.com) and Weasel Estates (weaselestates.com) (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing, making a purchase, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

1. What the Service is

WeaselDen is a subscription that connects a curated den of tools to the AI assistant you already use, alongside the standalone products those tools come from. Tools are built by us or by independent developers, are vetted before they join the den, and are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

The Service evolves: tools and features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the den grows and quality reviews run their course.

2. Your account

You sign in through our identity provider (Microsoft Entra External ID). Keep your sign-in credentials safe — activity under your account is your responsibility. Provide accurate information, and contact us at hello@weaselden.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Subscriptions, purchases, and billing

The den subscription is $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, billed through Stripe. Optional add-ons (such as Amplified Tracking) are billed to the same subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your den account at my.weaselden.ai, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Where a free trial is offered, its length and what happens when it ends are shown when you start it. A trial that did not ask for a card never turns into a charge on its own.

Some products are one-time purchases — for example, the Weasel Estates organizer. What a one-time purchase includes is described on its product page at the time of purchase.

If the price of an existing subscription changes, we will give you at least 30 days notice before the new price applies. Prices do not include taxes unless stated; you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

4. Refunds

Subscription payments are not refunded for partial billing periods: cancelling stops future charges, and access runs to the end of the paid period, except where the law requires otherwise.

One-time purchases (such as the Weasel Estates organizer) can be refunded within 7 days of purchase — email hello@weaselden.ai from the account that made the purchase. After 7 days, one-time purchases are final, except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

Use the den like a person, not a botnet. In short, do not:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Probe, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the Service’s security, rate limits, or usage limits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share den access beyond your own account.
  • Reverse engineer the Service, except where the law says we cannot restrict that.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share.

6. Your content

You own what you upload — receipts, estate records, files, and everything else. You grant us the limited license we need to store, process, and display that content to run the Service for you, including sending the relevant parts to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy (such as our AI providers) strictly to carry out your requests.

You can delete your content or your account at any time; our Privacy Policy describes retention and backups.

7. AI, accuracy, and what we are not

Parts of the Service use AI to read receipts, match products, watch prices, research retailer policies, and organize estate information. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Verify anything important — a refund claim, a price, a policy window, an estate detail — before acting on it.

Receipt Weasel helps you find and document price-adjustment opportunities. Whether a retailer honors an adjustment is between you and the retailer, and you are responsible for the accuracy of claims you submit.

Weasel Estates is an organizer, not a law firm. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or tax advice. For wills, trusts, and anything with legal effect, work with a qualified professional.

8. Independent builders

Den tools may be built by us or by independent developers. We vet tools before they join the den and review them regularly, but each builder remains responsible for their tool, and a tool may have supplemental terms shown before you first use it. We may suspend or remove a tool that falls below our standards.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service — including the WeaselDen name, the weasel marks, the site, and the software we wrote — belongs to Weasel LLC or its licensors, and these Terms do not transfer any of it to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular refund, price drop, or outcome will be found.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is capped at the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the Service — with notice where practical, and a refund of the unused portion of any prepaid period if we discontinue a paid service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licenses needed for backups, disclaimers, liability limits, and disputes) survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we will give notice — by email, in the product, or on this page — before it takes effect. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Before filing anything, email us — most problems get fixed faster with a conversation.
