Investors
Bootstrapped on purpose.
WeaselDen is bootstrapped by design. This page exists so the investors thinking about the same future can find us early.
The model
One subscription, split with builders.
Subscribers pay $4.99 a month for a curated den of tools that make their AI more useful. A fixed share keeps the platform running; the majority of each subscription is allocated to independent builders in proportion to verified usage, per subscriber.
Builder allocations are shares of each subscription, never a price per call, so payout liability can never exceed revenue. The economics are published on the builders page, because transparency is the trust product. External partner payouts have not begun; the metering and statements run first.
Where we are
Proof, in sequence.
Receipt Weasel
LiveFirst-party price-protection tool. The proof the operator ships.
Weasel Estates
LiveFirst-party estate organizer, offered as a one-time purchase; its AI rides the den subscription.
The den
LiveOne $4.99 subscription, live today. Receipt Weasel and Weasel Estates are connected, and every tool call is metered on auditable usage ledgers.
Partner portal
LiveThe portal shows usage, statements, and payout math a builder can audit, with a public demo den. First external partners are the next step.
Capital posture
Traction first. Conversations second.
The den is founder-funded and run lean. The bar for capital is concrete: paying subscribers, builders earning from real usage, retention data worth reading.
At that point a raise is one option among several, and the conversation starts from proof rather than projections.
