Building the agent-native consumer stack.

Weasel Den is a small portfolio of AI-first consumer products and the agent-native infrastructure that connects them. We are not actively raising. This page exists so we can talk to the investors thinking about the same future we are.

Thesis

Consumer software for the agentic decade.

We believe the next major consumer software cycle will be defined by products that are usable by both humans and agents from day one. Not chatbots bolted onto SaaS apps. Actual MCP-native infrastructure: scoped capability tokens, audit logs, spend ceilings, the boring plumbing that makes agentic commerce actually work.

Weasel Den is building consumer products on top of that plumbing. Each product is a venture. The plumbing is the moat.

What we are solving for

A different kind of company.

We are not optimizing for a 24-month exit. We are building a portfolio of consumer products that compound on shared infrastructure, run by an operator whose leverage grows as AI tools do.

The studio model lets us launch ventures at a fraction of the cost of a traditional company. The agent-native layer compounds as it matures. Each product strengthens the platform. The platform makes each new product cheaper to build.

Who we want to talk to

Capital that understands the bet.

Long horizon.

We are not optimizing for a 24-month exit.

Studio-literate.

Partners who understand venture studios, not just single-product startups.

Operator-aligned.

Capital that backs operators, not asset managers chasing a thesis.
