About
One operator. One thesis. A portfolio that compounds.
Weasel Den is a venture studio building consumer software for the agentic decade. Small by design, opinionated by necessity, and structured to outlast any individual product.
The bet
A specific belief about the next ten years.
Every venture studio is a bet on a specific belief about the future. Ours is that the consumer software that matters in the next ten years will be the products designed for two audiences from day one: the human using them, and the agent that will increasingly act on that human’s behalf.
Most companies will retrofit. We are building it as the foundation.
How we operate
Three rules.
Lean.
One operator, multiple ventures, AI tools doing the work that used to require teams. The studio model is only possible now because the leverage exists.
Ship-first.
Roadmap theater is a tax on customers. We put work in front of the market and let it tell us what survives. The portfolio is the answer, not the plan.
Compound.
Every product runs on shared infrastructure. The same MCP layer, the same auth model, the same agent-readiness assumptions. New ventures get cheaper to launch as the platform thickens.
Structure
How the parts fit.
A short map of who owns what.
Weasel Inc
The legal parent. Owns and operates everything in the portfolio.
Weasel Den
The studio brand. Builds and ships every Weasel product.
The portfolio
Receipt Weasel, Professor Weasel, Weasel Life, and the ventures that will come next.
Headquartered in Texas. Remote-friendly.
What is next
More products. Same thesis.
More products are in early planning. The same agent-native thesis applied to new wedges of consumer software.
The MCP infrastructure is the throughline that ties everything together. Every product strengthens the platform. Every platform improvement makes the next product cheaper to launch.
