How the den runs
Two rules.
Ship-first.
Proof before promises. The den recruits builders with a live dashboard and metered usage from day one, not a vision deck.
Pay people.
Builders get paid when people use their apps, under terms agreed before the app is listed. The weasels are on the way! Currently onboarding, payouts begin soon!

Independent developers who own their tools, pass the den’s vetting, and are set up to earn every month their work gets used.

Why now
Assistants just opened up.
For the first time, assistants have a universal way to use outside tools. A small product can reach millions of AI users through one connection, with no app store and no install.
What’s missing is the trusted front door: someone to vet the tools, carry the billing, and pay the people who build them. The den is built for this moment.
Curation
Earn your spot in the Den.
Nothing enters the den without being vetted: what it does, how it handles your data, whether it works when you need it. The open ecosystem is a junk drawer. The den is not.
Entry is the easy part. Every tool faces the same standing rule: a 90-day review of reliability, usage, user feedback, and fixes shipped. Tools that slip get moved down or moved out.
Vetted before entry
Function, data handling, and reliability are checked before a tool meets users.
Watched after entry
Error rates, uptime, and feedback are tracked for as long as a tool is in the den.
Reviewed every 90 days
Graduate, keep training, or part ways. Nothing languishes, nothing coasts.
