How we hire

Three things we look for.

Slow and deliberate.

We would rather wait six months for the right hire than fast-hire a mismatch. The studio model only works with people who fit.

Mission-aligned.

The thesis matters more than the resume. If you disagree with the bet, we will not be a good fit, and that is okay.

High agency.

You will operate with very little oversight. That is how the studio works. You will need to own outcomes without being asked.
