How we hire
Three things we look for.
Slow and deliberate.
We would rather wait six months for the right hire than fast-hire a mismatch. The studio model only works with people who fit.
Mission-aligned.
The thesis matters more than the resume. If you disagree with the bet, we will not be a good fit, and that is okay.
High agency.
You will operate with very little oversight. That is how the studio works. You will need to own outcomes without being asked.

A preview. Not a job board.
None of these are open today. This is the shape of the team we are building toward.
Founding engineer
Agent-native infrastructure. Full-stack. Python or TypeScript.
Product designer
Consumer software with technical depth. Comfortable in code.
Growth lead
B2C distribution. Scrappy, creative, patient with cold starts.
Studio operator
Multiple ventures, one operator, lots of leverage. Comfortable with ambiguity.
