How we hire
Three things we look for.
Slow and deliberate.
We would rather wait six months for the right person than fast-hire a mismatch. A small den only works with people who fit.
Mission-aligned.
The den pays independent builders. If that story does not move you, we will not be a good fit, and that is okay.
High agency.
You will operate with very little oversight. You will need to own outcomes without being asked.

A preview. Not a job board.
None of these are open today. This is the shape of the team we are building toward.
Founding engineer
The den server, usage tracking, and the builder dashboard. TypeScript.
Developer relations
The Weasels are the product. Recruit them, support them, tell their stories.
Growth lead
Consumer subscription distribution. Scrappy, creative, patient with cold starts.
Curation lead
Own the quality bar: vetting, 90-day reviews, and the KPIs behind them.
